About the event

Join us for a fun and engaging family bushcraft course where you'll explore the amazing trees and plants that grow wild around us. Learn which ones can be used for food or medicine, then embark on a treasure hunt to find them in their natural habitat.

Next, dive into the art of fire lighting! Discover what nature provides to help you build a campfire and master various fire-starting techniques. After a demonstration, you'll get hands-on experience as a team, learning how to build and light a fire from scratch.

Once your fire is roaring, it’s time to get creative! Make delicious bread dough and cook it over the open flames, enjoying the warmth of the fire as you savor your freshly baked treat. Finally, learn how to turn a common weed into a soothing herbal remedy for nettle stings, cuts, dry skin, and eczema. Everyone will leave with their own…
