By feeling the aliveness of nature around you brings space for reflection, curiosity and creativity.

You will have a hands-on immersive experience of yoga, meditation, foraging, making fire using primitive techniques, rustic bread making and the ancient art of cleansing our bodies and minds by building an outdoor sauna.
