Perfect for curious and adventurous kids, our bushcraft parties are bursting with outdoor excitement, teamwork and hands-on activities that immerse children in the wonders of nature. From building shelters to mastering fire lighting, it’s a celebration that will leave them with memories they’ll cherish for years to come!
All of our parties include fire lighting and toasting marshmallows (or upgrade to s'mores!) as these are always the kids' favorite activities! Then, choose the programme with the additional activities that your child will love the most! Here are the options:
• Treasure Hunt – A natural navigation adventure filled with clues and hidden treasures.
• Camouflage Game – Test your child's stealth skills in this fun game of hide and seek.
• Shelter Building – Encourage teamwork as kids work together to build a shelter together
• Cook Hot Dogs – Choose to extend your programme by 30 mins for the children to learn the art of campfire cooking. You bring the hot dogs and buns and we provide roasting skewers, expert supervision and plenty of fun!
• Larger party? No problem! We can accommodate larger groups with the addition of a second instructor. Numbers will need to include the birthday child. Please see the maximum group sizes below to determine if you’ll need an extra instructor for your party and then book your bushcraft party today! 🌳🔥🎉

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it last?
Parties last from 2 to 3.5 hours, depending on what programme you choose
What about food?
Feel free to bring any food and drink you would like your guest to have during the party. Another option is to bring hot dogs and buns and choose programme 5-8 to extend your programme by 30 mins.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes of course! We can have it at a time that would suit you and fit in with the program. Most people like the cake at the end after the marshmallows. Please discuss with your instructor on the day when you would like the cake and if you wold like to sing happy birthday.
Where will it be?
There are 11 venues to choose from including our most popular venues in Barnes, Dulwich, Croydon and Bounds Green. Alternatively we can travel to a venue of your choice. Please note this can be a private garden or another location with permission to do the activities.
What happens if it rains?
We will put up a group shelter such as a tarp.
Will we be outside for the duration of the party?
Yes. Your instructor will set up a group tarp if the weather is predicted to be wet. The fire is even more special for the children after spending the party outdoors!
And what will it cost?
We will endeavour to create a party that meets your budget. Each course varies as it depends on the exact content of the program, numbers participating, venue and if you will be providing any adult helpers. We will provide all equipment and tuition. Parties start from £300.
Are parent helpers required for the parties? We require 2-3 parent helpers per party with one instructor and 4-5 parent helpers for bigger parties requiring two instructors.
What is the role of the parent helpers? Extra pairs of eyes and supporting the instructor. Here are some examples of how parents may be asked to support the instructor: Accompanying children to collect fire wood if the group cannot be seen by the instructor at all times, standing by the fire if the instructor needs to step away from the fire, extra pairs of eyes around the fire, helping the children to put marshmallows on the roasting skewers etc.
